Before the emergence of stamped bearing seats, roller bearing seats were generally made of cast iron. Some idlers are still using cast iron bearing seats, most idlers are changed to stamped bearing seats, and the idlers shaft is changed to cold drawn round steel. Both of these are for bearing installation and sealing, but the installation size and process of the bearing seat are different, and the sealing is also different. This is an improvement in manufacturing technology and a progress of the times.
